SHIPPING
Orders are packaged within 1 working day of receipt of payment and take 2 to 5 days to be delivered to the main centres via The Courier Guy. Rural deliveries to small towns and farms can take up to 7 days. Liquid Silver is not responsible for delays incurred by the couriers.
Should a package be damaged, lost or stolen whilst in the care of our couriers, Liquid Silver will replace the item after an investigation confirms the loss or damage.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURNS:
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Should you opt for a replacement item, we will ship the replacement to you at our cost within 10 days.
RETURN SHIPPING:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
